Entrepreneurship-focused Socioemotional Skills Development Intervention in Rural Mongolia project

Save the Children Japan, Mongolia (SCJM) is implementing a project titled “P-165310, Entrepreneurship-focused socioemotional skills for the most vulnerable youth in rural Mongolia” to support vulnerable youth in rural Mongolia. Within the scope of the project, a community-driven, locally-tailored and innovative “Entrepreneurship-focused Socioemotional Learning” (ESEL) training program was developed, and has been delivered to over 6,000 children and youth in 25 soums of 5 target aimags as of now.
Objective of the Consultancy
Save the Children Japan, Mongolia (SCJM) is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to conduct a rigorous analysis on the data collected through the beneficiary satisfaction and drop-out surveys from the project beneficiaries under the ESEL training program. This deliverable will act as a key to disseminate and showcase the results of the ESEL training program and will be utilized as a promotional tool to increase the awareness and visibility of the ESEL training as well as the overall project impact.
In addition, recommendations and suggestions will be provided as a part of the deep-dive analysis that will be utilized for determining on how best to improve/make necessary adjustments to the current beneficiary satisfaction survey to better capture the learning needs of training participants and their satisfaction level for future rounds, and the areas for strategic and operational adjustment to the training delivery to facilitate the integration of the ESEL skills development into the secondary school curriculum and skills development programs for youth.
