Save the Children is a worldwide, non-religious, non-political, and independent children's rights organization. Since we opened in Mongolia in 1994, we have worked in Ulaanbaatar and target aimags on education, child protection, child rights governance, and emergency relief assistance. Our mission is to make a positive impact and make substantial and sustainable changes to children’s lives. Our organization works to build a responsible society where every child’s rights to survival, protection, development and participation are ensured and protected. The steps in the selection process for hiring employees:
We are committed to implementing a recruitment and selection process based on the principles of fairness and transparency.
- Job applications accepted on or before the deadline.
- First round of applicants selected after the deadline.
- Short-listed applicants contacted to take a written exam.
- Initial interview with candidates who passed the written exam.
- Advanced interview of short-listed candidates by the management team (and the Country Director where necessary).
- Additional materials, such as references from the previous employees followed up as necessary.
- Results of the selection process presented to the management team for a final decision.
- Successful application offered the position, and start date nominated.
- The selected candidate will take up a job.
