SITUATIONAL ANALYSIS OF “PROTECTING GIRLS FROM VIOLENCE AND EXPLOITATION” PROJECT (2021-2024) UN TRUST FUND PROJECT

Save the Children Japan, Mongolia is a worldwide, non-religious, non-political, and independent children's rights organization. Save the Children Japan, Mongolia has launched the “Protecting Girls from Violence and Exploitation” project co-implementing with Beautiful Heart NGO funded by UN Trust Fund in 2021-2024.

The project team is seeking a highly qualified consulting firm to conduct the Situational Analysis for conducting child protection service mapping and identify gaps in existing practices and procedures. The detailed ToR can be found at this link.

Eligibility/Qualification for the consulting firm/individuals:

  • Having experience in conducting research for at least 3 years. In particular, research on sectors such as social protection, child protection, and gender-based violence would be an advantage.
  • Having experience in conducting research, monitoring, and evaluating projects and programs of international organizations would be an advantage.
  • The research team must have the ability to review project documents and develop baseline reports in English
  • A Letter of Interest of the research team
  • Technical proposal (must include the plan, implementation methods, and management)
  • Application forms of the organization, CVs of personnel that clearly show the position and job the proposed person held in the reference project and for how long.
  • Bidding offer (the cost must be formulated based on the research data collection and methods).
