Bidding Invitation for Developing Child Helpline 108 Application of “Protecting Girls from Violence and Exploitation” project /2021-2024/ UN Trust Fund project

Save the Children Japan, Mongolia is a worldwide, non-religious, non-political, and independent children's rights organization. Save the Children Japan, Mongolia has launched the “Protecting Girls from Violence and Exploitation” project co-implementing with Beautiful Heart NGO funded by UN Trust Fund in 2021-2024.

The project team is seeking highly qualified teams or individuals to develop child helpline 108 mobile phone application. The detailed Terms of Reference can be found at this link.

Objectives of developing child helpline 108 mobile phone application:

Designing and implementing child helpline 108 mobile phone application that fully solves technical and software problems, which provides useful information about child protection with continuous operation. 

The following four teams/individual consultants will be selected to carry out this work within 2 months: 1) consultant to prepare mobile phone contents; 2) translator to translate contents into English and Kazakh; 3) application development team/individual; 4) content creation team/individual
