Save the Children Japan, Mongolia (SCJM) is an international development organization that aims to create long-term sustainable changes in the lives of children while seeking substantial and systematic solutions to emerging challenges. SCJM started implementing Protecting Girls from Violence and Exploitation Project funded by United Nations Trust Fund (UNTF) with the duration of 3 years from 2021 to 2024 in five districts of Ulaanbaatar, Songinokhairkhan, Sukhbaatar, Chingeltei, Bayanzurkh, and Bayangol.
The project team is seeking a highly qualified consultant to finalize the manual for supervision of MDT members on professional and methodological of social work services delivery. The detailed ToR can be found at this link.
Qualifications for the Consultant:
- Master’s degree or higher in social work or education
- It will be an advantage if you have obtained a degree in the above field from a foreign university
- It would be an advantage if you obtained a degree in the above field from a foreign university.
- Must have worked in the field of social and child protection for at least five years
- It would be an advantage if you have worked in a university in the field of social work.
- Must have experienced in developing and publishing manuals, articles, and books in the field of training and facilitating social workers.
- Must have experience in providing professional and methodological support to an MDT member.
- It would be an advantage if you collaborate with International Organizations in the field of social work.
- Have high writing skills in English and Mongolian.
